The compare editor context menu should have a "Open Workspace Version" command in an editor on an old revision.

E.g. when I used "Compare with Version in Ancestor" on a file in a commit editor or in the History view, then both panes of the compare editor are non-editable, and there's no easy way to open the workspace version of the file.

In the staging view you can drag and drop files to the editor area in order to open the workspace version, we could do the same in the history view

Opening the workspace version from the compare editor is quite helpful, especially because opening it at (approximately) the position one was at in the compare editor is not possible with e. g..the history view's file list.
