On luna M4, the tool seems to fail to load JNLua 5.1, and by side effect it's impossible to create a Lua Project.

We respect now the OSGI specification for Bundle-NativeCode.
Fixed since commit : b9b00373ac3d6647f2cde8cee251d388a1c087cc.
