Build 3.0M2

When running the last JCK1.4a against compiler from 3.0M2, the following 2 
failures are diagnosed:

Compilation failed unexpectedly [exit code -1]
lang/DASG/dasg034/dasg03407/dasg03407.html : dasg03407 - not unassigned 
variable after a ? b : c when true 
lang/DASG/dasg035/dasg03507/dasg03507.html : dasg03507 - not unassigned 
variable after a ? b : c when false

2.1.1 compiler has same defficiencies.

Fixed in 3.0 stream, may want to backport in 2.1 stream in case shipping a 
2.1.2 in the future.

Fix is ConditionalExpression rev1.48.
