Description Mark Macdonald CLA 2013-12-04 15:13:52 EST
1. From the editor page, click a folder to open the folder view.
2. Select a row in the right-hand pane and press the arrow keys.

I expected to be able to move up and down the list. Instead, a TypeError appears in the console.

> Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined built-edit.js:2064
> i.ExplorerNavHandler.b.iterate built-edit.js:2064
> i.ExplorerNavHandler.b.onUpArrow
