The CDT "Save Actions" settings panel lacks options found in other language "Save Actions" (such as Java and Javascript).

In particular, it is missing:

- An option to automatically format the source code
- All of the "Additional Save Actions" such as removing unused local variables or an option to ignore empty lines when removing trailing white space.

Being able to automatically format the source code on save in particular would be very useful to help us make sure that our team's code follows our team's coding rules.
