Build Identifier: 3.1.1-RC1

I have a job that inherits from another that has a subversion connection set on it.
After adding some build steps and saving the job shows that the subversion information has been altered even though it has not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use uploaded data.

I see the same problem with the Gerrit plugin. Setting Gerrit event properties for a parent job shows the property as overridden in child jobs even though it's not been changed in the child job.
