Once the server adapter for Tomcat 8 is available, we need to test web services to ensure everything is ok.

The second task is to  update the Ant script/properties and server preferences to 8.0.

Testing complete and no issues were found with Web Services Axis and Tomcat 8. Required changed were committed as part of bug 312981.
