- Open any diagram configured to have shortcuts
- Click at the bottom-right of the screen, invoke Add Shortcut action, 
- choose some good object as a shortcut, finish

=> shortcut is created, but it is placed at the top-level of the diagram. In case if you had scrolls, it is not even visible just after creation

Instead, it should be created at the expected location of the originating mouse click.
