The list of icons in the CDT docs for the Outline View is incomplete:

1. Missing the "function prototype" icon
2. Missing icon overlays (static, const, template)
3. The "namespace" icon is incorrect

The correct "namespace" icon is listed on the C/C++ Icons Summary Page:

Finally on the Project Explorer Icons page, the "namespace" icon is also incorrect and the "Namespace declared" icon should better be labelled "using directive":
