Screenshot - Missing transparency properties

The transparency properties for Line and Font are missing.
This is of importance for the network modeling DSL.

These properties should also be possible to set as
post actions for customized palette tools.

One simple solution for this and Bug 419320 could perhaps be
a possibility to define RGBA colors. (?)

Investigation is required to determine what can be supported out-of-the-box by Draw2D/GEF/GMF.

This capability is in line with the "new possibilites"
described by SoW2014_UseReq - 4.
