The bug also exist, and I had attached a file at last comment.
From reading your log, I think you are running the JEE package on SUSE 10 Linux, right? So, I've changed the title to be more descriptive. I will also move over to "launcher" component, as they might have expertise to "read your log" better. But there is still important information you need to provide. You are now trying to use Kepler SR1. Did you have Kepler (June's Release) running and then do an upgrade? Or is this a fresh install? You should try several things to help narrow down the problem. If you haven't yet, try with a "new" workspace, something that does not have any data or projects yet. Try a fresh install of the "plain" Eclipse SDK, downloaded from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/R-4.3.1-201309111000/ and see if you have the same problem. Try "downgrading" to Java u25, instead of the u40 you have. I just suggest this, since u40 is pretty new and not sure it has received much testing, so would be helpful to know if you see the same problem with u25. I'm sure the launcher experts might have other questions/suggestions, but the above are some common ones. Thanks,

Yes,I ran the JEE package on SUSE 10 Linux. I tied to run the June's Release and Kepler's Release, and they could't run also (by the way all the versions were fresh install). In order to narrow down the problem I tired to use "new" workspace with any data or projects. Try a fresh install of the "plain" Eclipse SDK, downloaded from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/R-4.3.1-201309111000/ and the same problem also exist. Try "downgrading" to Java u25, instead of the u40 I have, the same problem also exist with u25. and the attachment is the new log file. Thanks,
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
