We are using Eclipse 3.6.2 on JDK 7, with Rational Software Architect 8.5.1.

When we try and import a plug-in using the "Import Plugin..." feature and selecting a site, RSA and Eclipse freezes. It does not matter what site or what plugin we choose. It loads about halfway, and then hangs for forever.

Please let me know any more information I can collect.

Please provide steps to reproduce and try on a recent release (i.e. 4.3.1 Kepler).  What exact site are you referring to?  Could it just be held up waiting on cloning a git repository?
