When incremental compilation is enabled the relationship model is broken.

removing target 1.2 - not needed for AJDT, and no time to fix for other IDEs 
right now.

Fixed by Andy for AJDT.  Still need to ensure that model works for the AspectJ 
Browser and other IDEs.

Verified that incremental model works properly for AspectJ Browser.
