I'm not sure this impacts anything as there are no clients looking for it today.  Obviously, it would be ideal if the content-types was automatically created from what OSLC4J framework knows about and what contributors/extenders add (such as non-RDF types: png, gif, etc).

It may make sense to do this in multiple passes:
 a) near hard coded solution
 b) accept contributions
