Description Wayne Beaton CLA 2013-08-20 11:27:23 EDT
We use the value provided by committers in the "source code repositories" field to look up information about a repository in a Dash database. The look up process was recently messed up by an extra space at the end of a repository path. Similarly, a missing '/' at the beginning of a repository name would also screw up the look up process.

We either need to report these as errors (so the committer can have some idea why it's not working), or just identify and fix the problem.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

It would be better to focus attention on Bug 543496.
