Should be possible identify subsystem projects in the workspace and let them be selected in an OSGi launcher configuration.

Well, not really, I don't have knowledge in PDE stuffs (at least never open it before). 

I started to play with Subsystem and missed a proper way to run it inside OSGi launcher.
