In case of empty XML file there is: "The document is empty. Right mouse click here to insert content" message in the design tab. It is not read out by screen readers - tested with JAWS, NVDA and the Narrator from Windows 7.

Added an accessibility listener that describes the view when the table is empty in addition to showing the text.
