Bug 276981 added the option to display the current target platform in the status line.  We need to document the new preference on the pref page.  We should also look at improving the feature (display target errors for example) once we no longer use preferences for the target (Bug 283731).

* Update progress monitor in load target job
* Load target job resolves target if not done already
* Status line displays errors using icon and tooltip, updates as target changes (or whenever preference is modified or when non content changes are made on the preference page)
* Improved details section on the preference page

This doesn't really work, see bug 434303.
