Description Laurent Barthelemy CLA 2013-08-01 11:35:20 EDT
It should not be case sensitive, as stated in http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2616.txt

"Each header field consists of a name followed by a colon (":") and the field value. Field names are case-insensitive."

This can lead to taking bad assumptions on HTTP server responses/capabilities.
