The quick views (Show Hierarchy and Show Outline, Ctrl+T and Ctrl+O) should
provide context info for the current selection (type / member), like every
ContentAssist does.

To avoid cluttering the screen, the additional info could only be shown when a
tree item is active (and not when the search text line has focus).

It's not a content assist.
If you want to see the Javadoc either use the Javadoc view or jump to the
corresponding method.

Get rid of deprecated state.
