Implement a client-side interface for the log service (see bug 413037).
Until we have no user-role solution in Orion a shell plugin is quite well suited for a front-end UI.

The new shell plugin in disabled by default. In order to install use:
"shell/plugins/shellLogProviderPlugin.html"

I can't figure out how to use this. I installed the plugin, but all of the commands in the shell give errors. Does something need to be enabled on the server? Is there some documentation to point at?
