The win32 features aren't found by the builder.

1) specify platform for the platform-specific parts everywhere
2) create a set of target platforms for all the specific parts at Window->Preferences->Plug-in Development->Target Platform
3) while building an update site for all the platforms, do it a few times switching to the next platform each time.

The 2-nd and 3-rd steps are required because Eclipse do not allows mixed target platforms by default.
