I'm working on a javascript project, and had used eclipse juno.
The problem ocurred after updating project from SVN. 
Eclipse freezes every 5 min with 99~100% CPU utilization.
So I searched google and tried everything, changed eclipse.ini file, and also
deleted eclipse and workspace, re-installed eclipse(including downgrade to Indigo) , checked out project from  SVN but the problem doesn't fixed. 
Please help me.

Many performance fixes went in for the duplicated bug. Hard to tell if this will fix your specific issue, but you can try on a luna build and re-open if necessary.
