Press releases don't get into Press releases list.

Example
http://eclipse.org/org/press-release/20130612_eclipsesurvey2013.php
can't be found on
http://eclipse.org/org/press-release/

That means, if you don't know exact link or name of press release, you can't find it.

Maybe it is that just caption should be changed to "Eclipse Foundation Press Releases Archive" and link added to 
http://www.eclipse.org/community/news/eclipsenews.php

FWIW, http://eclipse.org/org/press-release/ used to be manually updated. I suspect that's why its not up to date now.

I suggest we parse the news from the announcements RSS feed but this will list everything on that feed.

If we only want to list our press release we will need to update http://eclipse.org/community/news/2005newsarchive.rss and add a new category property so that we can extract only the press release.

We might also need some type of pagination.

I did an update last week to the press release page. All our press releases are now included:
