We consume Gemini JPA in Gyrex. As part of our participation and contribution to Kepler (bug 408623) we discovered that an essential required legal file is missing in the Gemini JPA bundle.

Oops. It was in the zipfile but apparently never made it into the bundle.

Incorporated properly into the build instead of just in the feature and the zip. Should be there in all future drops/releases
