I find myself regularly using Team > Show in History on one specific *.java or something file (not a project, or directory/package), and then flipping through its commits, to look at what changed.

In this mode, one has to keep clicking on the respective file on the lower-right hand side panel (which is conveniently shown in black while other files of the same commit are greyed out - thank you!).

It could be nice if it "pre-selected" (focused on) that respective file for which one is viewing History automatically, and kept that focus when browsing through different commits.
