I'll use this bug to track the Web Tools 3.5 release for Kepler.

While creating this bug, I looked in the Web Tools bugzilla product for an appropriate "inbox" email to copy (to keep the team in the loop). The "General" component seemed the most promising, but it points to jst-inbox@eclipse.org, which seems a little specific for a general component to me. Just FYI.
