We'll use this bug to track the OCL 4.1 release with Kepler. Ed has submitted the IP log; I have reviewed it and forwarded to the IP team for their review. Note that per Bug 393682, the Modeling project has been restructured and mid-level "container" projects (e.g. modeling.emf, modeling.emft, etc.) have been marked for termination. This project will have to be moved into the top level project. In all likelihood, very little about the project will have to change. We need to enumerate and effect those changes before this review can be declared successful. Does modeling.ocl sound like a reasonable new project id? This will result in a change to the project info page URL and other id-based URLs (i.e. the IP Log generator). The project website will need to change at some point, but that's caught up in the migration of the modeling website (Bug 397016). I don't regard this as a blocker, though. Whether or not the download directory needs to change is a decision that the project can make. If desired, we could create a new directory, downloads/ocl, that can run in parallel with the existing downloads/modeling/mdt/ocl for a time. Again, there is no specific requirement to do this. Have I missed anything?

Sorry, somehow I missed this in the flurry of Kepler messages. > Does modeling.ocl sound like a reasonable new project id? Yes and No. After Kepler. I have experience from m2m => mmt that changes have unexpected consequences. In comparison m2m => mmt was easy (no hierarchy change). Eliminating MDT seems impractical until the new root modeling infrastructure is available. Given the amount that will break, and the large number of public domain references to MDT/OCL I see no net benefit in the change.
We can wait until post-Kepler to effect the changes.

I declare this review successful! Please continue with your release. Please assemble a list of action items to complete the move of this project. There are a few projects that need to move, so let's wait until we have all/most of them ready to go before we copy the webmaster and ask him to effect the changes all at once.

I've changed my mind. I'll leave it to the Modeling PMC's discretion to determine how to implement the moves defined by the Modeling Restructuring (Bug 393682). Since the release is complete, I'm marking this bug as FIXED.
