Steps to reproduce:
 1. Create a Web Service data source with the WSDL URL "http://webservices.amazon.com/AWSECommerceService/AWSECommerceService.wsdl?"
2. Create a Web Servide Data Set.
3. Select "ItemSearch" as the WSDL operation and click "Next".
4. select all parameters in "SOAP Parameters" page and click "Next".
5. Edit parameter and input default value
6. click "BACK" and then "NEXT"
  
Actual Result:
  default value is missing

Expected Result:
  default value should be remembered if no operation change happens.

This bug has been fixed now.

I've tried and failed to find the commit that fixed this bug -- could you add a link to it?
