Amalgamation 1.4 will release with Kepler. We'll use this bug to track the release. IP Log has been received and forwarded to the IP team for their review. Please review the release review checklist http://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/HOWTO/Release_Reviews#Checklist This project has only one committer and--according to the IP Log--no outside contributions. Is this just the nature of the project? Or can something be done to increase contribution?

The nature of the project is mostly about providing the modeling package and building complementary UIs to integrate the modeling components in a better way. That's a cross-project thing which doesn't draw a lot of interest even if it's highly valuable for end user (especially with the fragmented Eclipse Modeling eco system). Most modeling project have scarce resources and a lot to do with their own roadmap I tried to increase interest and contributions through the GSOC which produced a cross projects example but did not turn into an actual commiter. I'm open to suggestions.
