Unchangeable Jubula shortcuts after uninstalling the plugin

I have installed the jubula Eclipse plugin via the Eclipse marketplace. After the Eclipse restart I wanted to try Jubula, but it did not behave normal (for my opinion). So I decided to uninstall the plugin again. After the uninstallation process I noticed, that some Java shortcuts did not work like before. After checking the Eclipse shortcut properties I saw strange Jubula shortcuts. Those shortcuts interfere with the standard Java shortcuts (for example F3 for "open declaration") and it is not possible to delete or change those Jubula related shortcuts.
I have created 2 screenshots describing the problem.

From the Forum: Klemens posted a workaround:

For all those who run into the same problem: I have deleted all "jubula" related shortcuts in the file [your-workspace]\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.e4.workbench\workbench.xmi => works again!

Setting milestone to Kepler - we should try and change this by then.

Created BUG 409369, because this BUG exists for other features, too.

Changing target milestone.

As mentioned in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=406003 this is currently the intended behaviour of platform. Starting eclipse with -clearPersistedState should work around it.
Comment 8 Eclipse Genie CLA 2015-05-21 05:18:32 EDT
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

Since the related bug has been marked as fixed for removing features, marking this also as fixed.
