Resource and path are not following BTD settings

Prerequisite:
Eclipse should be run as following in order to invoke RTL BTD:
eclipse -bidi "on=y;textDir=rtl" 

1. Create a C project
2. Build the project

Result: BTD is not enforced on Resource and path in problems view
