Often when I open a CU from the packages view, I want to see its hierarchy as well.
Currently I have to either select the type in the Outline, or the type name in the text, and hit F4.
It would be nice if I could just reselect it in the packages view and hit F4.
Also, since you get the editor for free if you do Open Type Hierarchy from the packages view,
I wouldn't even have to double-click.

In the event the CU has multiple types, it should open on the type with the same name as the CU.

MA I thought you have put in the code to do so, but I can't see the code and F4 
doesn't seem to work.
