[Activity] Notation of a callOperationAction should includes the name of the invoked Operation

A CallOperationAction is notated as an Action with the name of the invoked Operation placed inside the Action symbol. If the name of the Action is non-empty and different than the Operation name, then the Action name shall appear in the symbol instead.
