The integration of CDO into Papyrus includes some non-obvious function.  This should be at least hinted at in on-line documentation.

Also useful to users would be a list of what should be expected to work and what should not be expected to work in models persisted in a CDO repository.

This should be a prerequisite to publication in the Papyrus component discovery system.

Added org.eclipse.papyrus.cdo.ui.doc plug-in with an initial content that sketches a getting-started guide and lists some known limitations.
