Having a multimodule maven project, all projects/bundles are always redeployed when changing anything in any bundle. This is also reflected by the status indicator "Redeploy" of the bundles in the "Servers" view. This makes it impossible to work.

Affects virgo tooling 1.0.1.

The SpringSource tooling team is unlikely to be able to address this bug because of their current workload, so flagging as help wanted.
