A few of the Constant classes need upgrading:

J2EEConstants
J2EEVersionConstants

Hi Carl, 
I believe the upgrades for Java EE 7 to J2EEConstants and J2EEVersionConstants were done as part of bugzilla 399524, therefore I'm resolving as duplicated. 
If you feel that something else is needed, please reopen.
