When paused, after selecting a different stack frame in the debug stack window the variable watch window will update but the expression watch window does not.

Bug identified in Koneki Lua debugger, but its source is in DLTK (ref : https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=387413)
