Description Camille Letavernier CLA 2013-02-04 07:53:22 EST
The current Hyperlink mechanism only support "Pages" (e.g. Diagram or Tables). It should be extended to handle more precise hyperlinks, such as a specific Element in a Diagram.

It should still be possible to create these hyperlinks via Drag & Drop.

Initial contribution in r10851

All model elements available in GMF-based diagrams can be referenced via Hyperlinks (Through the "Specific object hyperlinks" tab of the Hyperlink dialog)

The supported features are:

- Navigate to the graphical representation of an element
- If the page is not opened, opens it
- Selects the element
- If the element is not visible, scroll the diagram to make it visible

Opening multiple hyperlinks with the same action may not be properly supported yet (Only one element will be selected for each diagram)

I close this task. I've opened Bug 406313 for the integration of specific hyperlinks with the new Tables Framework.

As the new Table framework is not yet available, it is not possible to do the integration yet.
