Currently server documentation for orionode is in a readme file:

https://github.com/eclipse/orion.client/blob/master/modules/orionode/README.md

We should convert this into "real" documentation before releasing.

I did some clean up work on the orionode wiki page and scraped it into our doc:

Eventually this documentation should be integrated into Orionode itself rather than the Java-based server build, but this is good enough for now.

I also changed the help link within orionode to point to the wiki page:
