Bug when closing table views. Step to reproduce using the model attached to the bugzilla:

1 - open the class diagram, and then open both table views. Close the last open table views, then Eclipse is freezed....

If you do not open the class diagram, you can open and close the table view without any problem. It seems there is an interference with the class diagram.

It seems to be fixed on the latest 0.10 builds. See Bug 398712

However, it seems that it was somehow related to the IPageMngr, which has been strongly refactored in 0.10. Consequently, we won't be able to backport the fix to 0.9.X
