It would be of great use to users with screen readers if there were commands 
to do the following:

 a. option to include html elements in javadoc as part of element definition 
for navigation commands 
 b. end of current element 
 c. beginning and end of javadoc for current element
 d. Beginning and end of current block

Some of this can be done using Expand Selection To > Enclosing Element (Alt+Shift+Up_Arrow) and then Left/Right_Arrow.
