Role Strategy Plugin should be able to grant access to tabs. User without read access to the particular tab should not see it

I'm guessing by tab you meant "View Tab"

If "View Tab" it the correct name for what I put on the screenshot then yes.
Use case:
Im a user working on Java projects. I have access (any type) only to Java projects. Java projects are all grouped in "Java" tab view. I should not see any other tabs (iOS, Android, etc) but "Java". I do not know if it is possible for Hudson to calculate what view I should have access to based on jobs, therefore there might be a explicit permission to see a particular tab. Without this permission user should not this tab.
