About a year ago, I was able to add the verification key for the Hudson Debian package to apt by retrieving it from http://hudson-ci.org/debian/hudson-ci.org.key

There is no file at that location.

It seems this was reported in the old Hudson bug tracker -  http://issues.hudson-ci.org/browse/HUDSON-8741

Without the public key, it's necessary to force apt to install the unverified package.
