1. Install 2 JREs in the Prerences page: one Standard VM, one J9
	2. Make J9 the default JRE
	3. Create a Java Project
	4. Choose Properties -> JRE
	5. Select Use custom JRE
	6. Select Standard VM
	7. Select Use default JRE
	Observe: The Standard VM is still selected where it should be the J9 since it is the default JRE
					This is quite confusing.
