If you have a project with an ampersand (&) in the name (e. g. "drag & drop"), you can share it without problems - but if you checkout the project in a new workspace, you get "drag & drop". This is the case if you have the setting "use '.project' project name for the working copy" activated. I suspect that it is caused by using the raw xml-string.
