I have a change in my "src" folder.  If I right click->Team->Synchronize Workspace, I get "No changes in 'Git ({Project})'." in the Synchronize view.  If I right-click on the "src" folder and do the same thing, I see the changes in the Synchronize view.

Expected: show all changes in the project when "Synchronize Workspace" is executed at the project level.

We are seeing this as well.

If we Stash and then pop the changes then the synchronize view is populated correctly.  However, once we do a synchronize then the view is emptied again.
