steps:
 1,new a rptdesign , click xml source view
 2,go to outline view,drop down menu->"switch to xml source outline"
 3,right click in xml source outline

Hao, in the future please open these against BIRT/reportdesigner.  They can move them if appropriate.

The string in screenshot is in org.eclipse.wst.xml.ui, so I am assigning this to WTP Source Editing (not WTP Webservices as comment 6 mentions.)

Can you indicate what's *missing*?  The screenshots are only showing what's *there*, unless I'm overlooking something.

Please see the red line area in screenshot. These options haven't underlines. It means shortcuts of them are not indicated.

attaching patch, i consider shortcut is not possible for custom elements or attributes, (for instance the "value" element from the screenshot2)

Hey, Chava. I think overall the patch is fine, though adding the mnemonic on 'I' for _UI_MENU_ADD_DTD_INFORMATION will cause a conflict because of the mnemonic in Edit Processing Instruction.
