Working Set displayed in Project Explorer view

Reproduction steps:
1. Create two empty C-Projects (ProjectA and ProjectB).
2. Withing each project create two folders (Folder1 and Folder2) and two files (File1 and File2).
3. Create a working set WorkingSet.
4. Edit the contents of WorkingSet: Exclude Folder1 in ProjectA and File1 in ProjectB.

Result:
No project nodes are displayed anymore. The working set contents are displayed as children of the working set node (see screenshot).

Expected Result:
Project nodes shall still be displayed when some of its contents are excluded.

Remark:
Its confusing to see resources with equal names on the same level. JDT's Package Explorer view seems to prevent that.
