The about.html in com.google.gson_2.1.0.v201203072145 references
   about_files/LICENSE.txt
but the bundle ships
   about_files/LICENSE
as a result, there's a "file not found" when trying to browse the local copy of the Apache license.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Help > About
- Press the "Installation Details" button
- Select "Plug-Ins" tab
- Sort by Plug-in ID and select "com.google.gson"
- Press the "Legal Info" button
- In the web browser, scroll down and click "(local copy)"

  ---> "File not found" error is shown.

Suggestion: Could the Orbit builder / Orbit tests automatically check for local "a href" hyperlinks in about.html to avoid such broken hyperlinks ?
